About Me

I have 30+ years experience in software engineering and leadership roles. During my career I have mentored engineers through promotion cycles and company reorgs, guiding them through both career growth and technical advancement. I’ve taught scientists how to code both in research settings and at conference workshops. As a certified Scrum Master I taught engineering teams how to do effective agile project management to deliver high-quality software on time. I leverage all these skills to apply a goal-oriented career management approach for my clients.

While taking a career break in 2025 I decided to pivot to what I loved most in my previous roles, coaching others. I’m currently enrolled in the Seattle Coach program to become ICF certified and am actively coaching clients.
